Add the minced beef. Cook it lightly. The subsequent step is always to add celery, garlic and chopped onion. Continue to cook every thing. Then add the bay leaves, tomato and chopped carrot. Stir everything and simmer. Right after that, add red wine and canned tomatoes. Season the mixture with nutmeg, pepper, sugar and salt. Stew for approximately 50 minutes. Stir once in a even though. Preparation - Preheat oven to around 200 degrees. Now chop the garlic cloves and onion. Cook them in oil till they develop into soft. Add the tomatoes, olive slices, tuna and spices and boil for about 10 minutes on a medium flame. First pour the tuna sauce on bottom of a baking dish. Cover the sauce with the lasagna sheets.
