-1 tablespoon of chopped Italian flat leaf parsley
-2 (6 ounce) fillets salmon
Begin by mixing your marinade, blend garlic, light olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and parsley and mix until completely emulsified. You want to mix this well so the oil is well incorporated with the lemon juice. Fix your fillets in a well sized baking dish and pour the marinade over the fillets.
