After month’s of wait Windows live writer 2009 if finally released.It has a no of new features that the earlier version didn't had and also some improved features from the previous one.
The team has emphasized mainly on basic blogging features like photo sharing and effects,video uploading and new plug-ins like Flickr upload,Digg this,Twitter notify.
Below are some new features that are new to Live writer:-

- 4. Toolbar alignment commands enabled for images

- 7. Additional spell checking languages: Arabic, Basque, Bulgarian, Catalan, Croatian, Czech, English (Australia), Estonian, Greek, Hebrew, Hungarian, Indonesian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Malay, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Slovenian, Turkish, and Ukrainian.
