A temporary under maintenance template for redirection

In my previous template I have given the hack for redirection of any blog or post to any other blog or post. The same hack can be used to redirect any blog under maintenance to a new one.
In this post I have given a simple template which can be used for the redirection address. You can check the demo below.

You don’t have to make any changes except that text which will be shown in the body. Its just for temporary use while the maintenance is going on.
After installation just install the script of hack below the </head>. tag. And its ready
