We all know bad habits can destroy our health. But, there are habits that we are accustomed to so much that we tend to disregard the fact that it is potentially dangerous to our health in the future. What are those bad habits that you do not know? Here are some of them.

Skipping breakfast all because you are going to be late for work. Most of the time, people tend to jump inside the cars and go to work and forget about taking breakfast. This is one error should never make once you are able to read this article. Not only will you be skipping the most important meal of the day, you are also skipping the chance to do well at work.

Drinking alcohol can sometimes be fun and relaxing. We have all been there, drinking in festivity but you should also remember that a glass of wine or beer has a total number of 120 calories and yet we chug down four or even more glasses. Save yourself the hassle of collecting calories by passing the bottle and read a book.

The TV offers us a chance to relax and enjoy but when we go home from our stressful work and we want to relax. In front of the TV is not the way to do it. We tend to doze off when we try to watch TV after a day at work. Sleep should be uninterrupted and the only way you are getting it is at the bedroom.

Coffee is like our morning energizer. It is our ritual and yet we tend to add a little bit more to our coffee like whipped cream and some flavorings. Little do we know that we are also adding more calories to our drink. So, the next time we stir our coffee, skip the whipped cream.

Eating quickly. We tend to eat quickly especially if we are down to the last minutes of our lunch break. So, as you chow down what should be a twenty minute meal into a five minute break can be dangerous as you may well be rushing yourself to an acid reflux. Try to eat and taste the food first before you shove it down your throat the next time.

Some women often sacrifice their comfort for the sake of fashion. This goes for men too. Wearing the wrong shoes can pose a threat to your posture and your overall gait. Even though you will not be able to feel the pain, hours and hours of walking with your high heels can take its toll on your feet. Wear comfortable flats instead.

Always brush your teeth right before you sleep or you end up having plaque build ups. The more you take good care of your teeth, the more you save yourself some trips to the dentist.
