Baked Salmon Made Easy

Salmon has a very exquisite taste. Some find this to be the perfect complement for any dish making the flavor simply mouthwatering. Adding salmon to almost any dish puts the dish a notch higher but one method of cooking salmon that brings out its distinct flavor is by baking it. That is the reason you can find these recipes in any food loving culture.
Because there is a myriad of recipes, you can easily find one that will suit your cooking skill. It's a good thing that baked salmon recipes are simple and easy to follow. You just simply have to mix up your ingredients, coat the fish, then cook in the oven, and voila. But keep in mind that the success of the dish relies heavily on how it is cooked, meaning the temperature of the oven and how long it is cooked. Baked Salmon in Lemon Basil

Ingredients:

-2 cloves of finely chopped garlic

-6 tablespoons light olive oil

-A teaspoon full of dried basil

-One teaspoon of salt

-A teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper

-1 table spoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice

-1 tablespoon of chopped Italian flat leaf parsley

-2 (6 ounce) fillets salmon

Begin by mixing your marinade, merge garlic, light olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and parsley and mix till completely emulsified. You want to mix this well so the oil is well incorporated with the lemon juice. Fix your fillets in a well sized baking dish and pour the marinade over the fillets. Marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hou
-1 table spoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice

-1 tablespoon of chopped Italian flat leaf parsley

-2 (6 ounce) fillets salmon

Begin by mixing your marinade, merge garlic, light olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and parsley and mix till completely emulsified. You want to mix this well so the oil is well incorporated with the lemon juice. Fix your fillets in a well sized baking dish and pour the marinade over the fillets. Marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, turning every now and then.

Preheat your oven to 345 degrees F or 190 degrees C.

Transfer the fillets in aluminum foil and empty remaining marinade over the fish, seal the foil. Put the foil on a baking tray and bake for 35-40 minutes. Serve without delay.
